Grip work at the end of a long ass chin and dip session.

I am pretty sure I seen Pol do this from @strengthcoachireland so thought I would play around instead of simply hanging.

Heaviest I have is 20kg- as you can see my grip went on second round...must try harder.

Trying to keep it real and show you the tricks I sometimes use on Instagram to make me appear flawless....

As you can see in the Instagram pose I filtered using various shadow +4, warmth +10 and glossed over with the Insta story haze filter to take away my wrinkles.

I then used the eyebrow app to really bring out the green....

Superb day out in London with some of the coaches from the @combinedstrength -
We all had one Barbell move we wanted to work on, some beers we wanted to drink and to make it 'really on point' a playlist of your tunes....and secret guilty pleasure songs...

Stu from @fieldworks_gym finished us off with his 'freight train' workout....

I love these squats....which very nearly wiped me out at the end.....the bumpers work @againfastereu -
If you are Hackney (surrounding area) based.....only one person and gym you need to visit....

Building up my grip for 'things to come'.

Tea towels are great because you have to continually squeeze hard throughout the whole set.
-
Focus on pulling fast and keep those legs at 90 degrees.
-
Be mindful that if you jump straight to those then you risk putting your elbows under too much pressure.

Aim to hit 3 sets + of 15 reps then up the level...

Banded Push Downs
30s continual reps on each exercise for a 5 min 'pump'

Finish with bar hang to stretch those guns and strengthen the shoulders with 3x sub max holds.
