I receive negative comments about my original projects like Ciri from #cyberpunk2077 and just boudoir photoshoots very often.
“Why you don’t want to make more cosplays? It’s too easy to wear lingerie and get thousands likes”
The true is that I always wanted to make cosplay my main job and I did it, but at the same time I realized that there is nothing worst than make a conveyor from your hobby and art. If you do it.. it just loose sense and become not interesting for other people. I’m sure that art is not about “speed”.. it’s about quality and having fun in process. I had a period of life when I started to hate cosplay, to hate something which was my favorite hobby since 11y.o., not fun, right? For me it’s better to wait for the inspiration and spend a lot of time working on my new cosplay, than make 2-3 every months just to have content. I love all my cosplay projects and do them very passionately. Am I good in it? I don’t know...
My original and boudoir photoshoots is just another way of creativity and my work and has nothing to do with cosplay. I love this genre of photography and it’s interesting to work on it. I really don’t understand why people think that if I’m a cosplayer I have no rights to make boudoir photoshoots without be called an attention whore or something. I do both and I love both. No need to compare 🤷🏼♀️
