It’s been a second since I posted..... I guess still trying to figure out the damn balance thing😂🤷🏼‍♀️so how is intuitive eating going?! Welp....I am intuitively eating keto🥑Yep, went back to keto and been feeling much better. Cravings are gone again👌and it works like a miracle for me. Not really counting macros but mostly just aware of what I am eating. Reason for getting back to keto is I’m addicted to sugar🙈I literally get out of hand and eat 🍦🍪🍩🍨🍬every day, multiple times a day. Anyway, it had to go🙅🏼‍♀️Even tho carbs are missing with keto, I do not feel deprived what so ever. 5 guys lettuce wrapped fatttttt ass burgers 🍔 are part of my balanced life now and this seems to do the trick and keep my body goals on track💪So far, keto approach seems like a very manageable and sustainable LIFESTYLE for me!!!!
Been slowly getting back in the gym, actually going every day. Adding cardio here and there but not doing crazy amounts. Not gonna lie, it’s been hard adjusting to this new “bigger” body, especially when it’s competition time, especially when I was so close to be on stage. I’m still not saying no to competing💁🏼‍♀️But it will happen during the right time and on my terms👍
Changes are never easy but some changes are worth the sacrifice ❤️😘

This picture was taken last summer when I was not completely happy with my look. But looking at it today I realize that this is a very healthy, sustainable and attainable look for me. Now about INTUITIVE EATING. So it has been a whole week of intuitive eating and I’ve researched this topic up and down google, YouTube, u name it😬I didn’t find much information related to as what to expect when u make a switch, so i decided to share my experience and the approach that I am taking and some tips💁🏼‍♀️Again, everyone is different and u can do whatever u want to, but hopefully this will help whoever is struggling in the “transition” state just like I am😘

Tip #1: First, you need to stop DIETING.🙅🏼‍♀️The proper way to get out of diet would be reverse diet. Buuuut I was getting so psycho about being restricted that this wasn’t my plan. Lol. So if u are like me, my advice is EAT. EAT all the foods that u wanted for such a long time and pretty much stuff ur face. In a couple of days, u will be so uncomfortable from eating all that junk that u would not want it any more, and ur body will literally crave Whole Foods!!!! Tip #2: Once that phase is over, now u can start listening to ur body and fueling it when it’s hungry. As in if u wake up after all this GORGING FIESTA and u gotta go to the gym, do not eat preworkout meal or breakfast just because u gotta do it but, instead, ask urself “Am I hungry?” 🤔and the answer is you are probably not. You probably had so many carbs last few days that they will last u 10 damn workouts😂So, go about ur day and eat when u are ACTUALLY hungry!!!!! Tip #3: How to create balance while intuitively eating?! (Next post is all about it)❤️

Current shape❤️long post ⚠️ Update on my competition, diet, life. As u can judge from my shape I am not competing any more💁🏼‍♀️Something came in the picture and docs orders were not to workout. Today was the first day back at the gym and I was huffing and puffing but happy to be back, feel strong and actually enjoy my workouts.👌Diet wise: here is a little story. Ze diet no more.🙅🏼‍♀️After dieting was over for me cause I couldn’t compete, I was happy and relived.😁I was happy mentally that I am going to stop putting my poor body and soul through all the shit that I put it through.🤯Truth is, I have been on a diet/ clean eating/ macros/ binging for the last 10 years. 10 freaking years😱I ate everything I wanted for a good week 🍞🍔🍟🥓🍗🍰🍦🍪🍩and decided to switch to good old INTUITIVE EATING. Just like 10 years ago, I wanted to eat when I was hungry, not having to finish every little crumb 🙈allow myself a treat without scarfing down the whole thing and allow food to just be food.💁🏼‍♀️Now, I am not gonna say that it will be a quick fix but I believe that eventually I will get there. I will get to a place when I will be comfortable with my body, eating like a normal person and working out cause I love it!!!!!! Now, there is nothing wrong with competing and kudos to those that can sustain it. But for me, personally, it was unhealthy. It created even more so unhealthy relationship with food, messed up body image and made me a mean, complaining troll.😡Competitions come and go but ur body is with u forever. Truth is no one gives a crap if u get lean and ruin ur health. Leanness is not sustainable. One day u have abs, the next day they are gone. But u sure do need ur health for everything in life!!! Plan is to create a strong mind and body, focus on more important things in life than body image!!!! I am very happy that a lot of fitness people have been shifting their priorities and living life to the fullest❤️

It’s incredible what a proper posing can do. Had my first posing with Kenny today...Changed my posing a bit. Body might not be ready for Pitt, but the posing will🙈🤷🏼‍♀️😬. Sets backs happen. We deal with them however we see fit and move on. Don’t think I’m clear for lifting in those sharp glasses yet🤓😂but I guess I can do some walkie walkie. Treadmill here I come. What works for one person, might not work for another one. Gaining muscle is super easy for me. Especially gaining size in my butt. But leaning out and showing off that muscle is so so hard for me. What am I doing for my prep?! CARDIO, PLYOS, SPRINTS aka anything that will burn those calories 👌

It’s hard to see changes at time especially when u are doing same thing day in and day out. You just gotta keep grinding, stay consistent and keep doing the same thing....not gonna lie, cardio is high, energy is low. All I wanna do is sleep.....don’t even have energy to type this post😂😂

This prep has been challenging to say the least. I have 10 thousand thoughts going through my prep 🧠 on a daily basis. Today in the am: babe aka @shane_post_ the weight is up. I am so fat😩😩. Look at myself in the mirror: but I do look tighter tho🤷🏼‍♀️at the gym: I think I look descent actually. Looked through IG: I am so behind being 10 weeks out😔🙈Doing bicep curls, noticed a shoulder vein: yeah, I’m getting lean!!👌 -
I swear my husband deserves a medal dealing with my mood swings😍 at least I am not a mean fudge😂

2014-2016-2018 ( 12/14 weeks out in the last pic) Not only I have different body composition but my posing evolved as well. I have never had problems with posing ( except my first show. Such amateur posing 😂🙈) I self taught myself after. Watched bunched YouTube videos, took pieces from different people. I have never worked with a professional. Therefore I am beyond excited to be working with Kenny aka the posing guru👌Thanks to my amazing husband @shane_post_ for setting up for success and supporting me through the process.

Don’t underestimate the importance of posing. I owe my 3rd place out of 18 ( 2nd pic) all to my posing. Cause I obviously looked soft as fudge. When u get off of stage and judge remember you, that’s when u know you caught their attention👌😁
