I spent a lovely morning with a friend today and we spoke about DREAMS✨future GOALS and FEARS😣 Isn’t it amazing to have people around you that you can open your heart to? Aren’t we all a bit afraid of dreaming and taking risks?💭 I took this picture today to remind me in the future, that so many of our dreams at first seem impossible...then they seem improbable...BUT when you finally summon your will to them, they soon become inevitable 🧞‍♂️👊🏻

Too sad that yesterday’s snow ❄️ has melted away already 😞 It was such a nice feeling to spend my Sunday in bed watching the snow flakes from my window🙈 It’s still cold outside and all I want to do is stay home and watch Greek movies on my pc or read Maya Angelou 📖 but that’s a luxury for a Monday morning so I’ll leave that thought behind and run my errands instead 😒 I started my day with a version of my favourite flu fighting 🤒 🤧 😷 orange tea high in vitamin C that has antiseptic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory powers 💥and wanted to share it with you❣️Stay warm people 🙌🏻😘 Ingredients:
•1 bag green tea🍵
•peel from 1 orange and 1 drop orange essential oil (optional)🍊
•1 cinnamon stick or 2 drops of cinnamon essential oil (optional)
•1 inch ginger, peeled and sliced into disks •1 cup boiled water
•1tsp Manuka honey 🍯
Bring ingredients to a boil. When mixture is warmed up strain out the cinnamon, orange and ginger. Add your tea in a cup and enjoy it with a piece of dark chocolate for extra antioxidants 🍫 📷: R, Snyder

Οταν ακούω την λέξη σοκολάτα 🍫 το μυαλό μου γεμίζει συναισθήματα απόλαυσης αλλά κ ενοχών 🤭 Επειδή ομως εχω βαρεθεί να νιώθω «αμαρτωλή» καθε φορά που τρωω σοκολάτα 😂 , σκέφτηκα να φτιάξω μια συνταγή θείο δώρο 😋 Ζέστη σοκολάτα που δεν παχαίνει αλλά ομορφαίνει 😎🤩
Συστατικά:
1 κούπα γάλα coconut (χωρίς ζάχαρη ❣️)
1 κουτάλια τις σούπας ακατέργαστη σκόνη κακάο
1/4 κουταλάκι του γλυκού τζίντζερ σκόνη
1/4 κουταλάκι του γλυκού βανίλια
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού κανέλα σκόνη
1 κάψουλα γαϊδουράγκαθο, silymarin
*Το γαϊδουράγκαθο γάλα προστατεύει το συκώτι απο τις τοξίνες, εχει αντιοξειδωτικές και αντιφλεγμονώδεις ιδιότητες κ προστατεύει το ήπαρ. (Προσοχή 🚫 εάν έχετε κάποιο πρόβλημα του ήπατος, η περνετε αντιβιοτικά, μιλήστε με τον γιατρό σας πριν πάρετε γαϊδουράγκαθο!!!)
Κ με μετρο την ζέστη σοκολάτα...😉🍫💗 *A hot chocolate recipe ideal for healthy skin and detoxification.
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbs raw cacao powder
1/4 tsp ginger power
1/4 tsp vanilla
1tsp cinnamon powder
1 capsule milk thistle
Bring all the ingredients to a small pot and stir until they warm up.
*As an antioxidant, milk thistle is equally powerful to other important nutrients like vitamin E or vitamin C, which help fight free radical damage and slow the ageing process of the cells 👌🏻💗

Ingredients

1 tbs coconut oil, virgin (optional)
2tbs turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 drop clove essential oil or 2 whole cloves
1 tsp raw honey

Bring all the ingredients to a small pot and stir until they warm up. Sprinkle over with more cinnamon and black pepper (for better absorption) * Almond milk👉🏻 excellent source of vitamin E. It contributes to collagen and elastin depletion. Makes skin healthy and younger looking✨
* Turmeric👉🏻 antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Can help provide glow and lustre to the skin❣️
* Cinnamon 👉🏻stimulates circulation and helps the body eliminate toxins that cause cellulite👌🏻😎

I promised to myself to wake up early✔️ finish my assignment ✔️have my workout ✔️go to the post office ✔️and study my lectures by midday🤭 But I hate today’s weather, couldn’t wake up early, didn’t have my breakfast yet and did nothing I promised 🙄 I’m scrolling in my bed and decided to take a #shamelessselfie instead just because it’s OK to be out of schedule 🤷‍♀️ Procrastinating from time to time isn’t going to make you less good. I won’t feel guilty today! 😎
