This is something suitable for beginners ๐Ÿ˜ and can be done at home ๐Ÿ˜‰ it will help improve your core strength and work towards that flat stomach. I usually do around 20 reps each exercise and at least 3 times but feel free to do less than that if you are just starting.

The most important is to improve each day. If today you can do 5 reps try to do more next time. You should be your only competition ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป. The problem is that sometimes we put too much pressure on ourselves that we forget to appreciate the small daily progress.

It was never easy and itโ€™s not going to be. Changing yourself in and out is painful and it takes time, you have to work on it every single day.

How do I keep motivated? I watch motivational videos, I surround myself with like minded people, every time when I feel down I spend some time with myself and analyse whatโ€™s going on instead of living in denial.

The most important change is how I feel now. I stopped blaming everyone else for my problems and I take action when something goes wrong.

I have lipoedema and have to work really hard to keep things under control. Thatโ€™s why I really want you to look after your health ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป. Do something while you still have a choice ๐Ÿ˜˜

Some days will be harder than others and those are the times you have to remind yourself why are you doing it and why youโ€™ve started ๐Ÿ˜‰ thatโ€™s why you really have to do this for yourself (especially if you go midnight and thereโ€™s no one else there ๐Ÿ˜‚).
