Toast the bread first! Then spread some smashed avo and a slice of cheese (or fat free shredded mozzarella works just as fine and is less calories) and put it in the oven at 325° til the cheese melts and slap your patty on and indulge!

Every time you step in the gym, every extra rep, every extra minute in cardio, you better yourself physically and mentally. Not only does weight lifting increase your metabolism but it also relieves stress and gets your endorphins going full throttle for a natural high. And not to mention it makes you feel better about yourself for obvious reasons. 💪
I don't think there is a more satisfying feeling than allowing yourself to make the progress you wish to see.

Here are the last two exercises from leg day on Saturday. I think one of the best building exercises is burning it out at the very end with isolation of the muscle. I also thought it'd be unfair to post my more advanced workouts first when some people are beginners so that explains why these are so generic. So, of course, leg raises. These pump up your glutes and rip any last fibers you might have. Pretty simple, get something to hold onto, kick your leg back (I like to flex my foot so it hits my glutes and hams a little harder) and SQUEEZE like you've never squeezed before. Again, I have 10 pound ankle weights on for added intensity. I just added these one legged squats to my workout and they're awesome, especially in a super set since I haven't found a way to implement more weight. With these you're also definitely going to need to hold onto something. Stand on one leg and act as if you're about to sit down on a chair, your knee should be at a 90° angle. I'm still feeling these today for sure! Do this 5 times in a row, 20 reps for leg raise (each leg) and 15 reps for one legged squats (each leg). By the way I've had a few ask how many times a week I train legs and the answer is every two days! As soon as my muscles recover I'm back in for legs. I also alternate between a heavy leg day and a light leg day. Hmu with questions, now go kill it!
