Bridesmaid hair 😍😍😍

One thing y'all know I'm NOT against is drugstore makeup....Your foundation/base will make or break your entire look...make sure you pick a shade that matches your chest and covers what you want covered...I created this look with drugstore foundation, highlight/concealer, contour/highlight, and lipstick....you DO NOT have to spend $40+ on foundation if you want a great foundation and it's not in your budget...you SHOULD splurge on a good primer though...primer will CHANGE YOUR LIFE 😍😍😍

Day 6 of my microbladed brows! Y'all don't freak out because I haven't, this scabbing and peeling is a totally normal part of the process! Everyone's skin heals differently, so these are my personal results on my oily skin. I still have 3 more weeks of healing to go through. During this phase of my brows I have just left them alone....it drives me crazy to have peeling/scabbing skin that I CAN'T pick at πŸ˜‚ I'm only supposed to keep applying the brow ointment day and night and that's it. I have tried my best also to sleep pretty. I was told I could apply brow product once I hit day 5 to hide the scabbing, so that's what you see in the last pic. I completely understand why a touchup service is mandatory after 4-6 weeks...my brows won't be dark as they were the first day once my 4 weeks is up so I'll probably go for a darker ink at my touchup. Once all the scabbing has fallen off I will post an update on my brows! I have had so many people ask about them and the most asked question is..."did it hurt?" THE ANSWER IS NO! Ana used a potent numbing cream and because she KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING, I barely felt a thing! Don't let the possibility of a little pain scare you away from trying microblading 😘😘😘

Here's a loose, romantic take on the traditional half up half down style 😍
It's always crazy to me how I can spend literally the whole day doing hair and makeup and only take one picture πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Shout out to all the ladies that will gladly rock a full face, contour, highlight, lashes to the heavens, and a dramatic matte lip 😍😍😍 I get so sick of seeing makeup artists that aren't versatile with their skills and have the nerve to bash dramatic makeup and those that do and/or wear it....whether you love a natural look, dramatic look, or something in between...let's all celebrate makeup and it's ability to take us from feeling blah to fierce! 😘😘😘
P.S. Disregard my wild hair today πŸ˜‚

Fall makeup! This lip color is EVERYTHING 😍😍😍 All y'all need to go out and buy @milanicosmetics Amore Matte Lip Crème in #41 Fabulous...you can find it at CVS, Walmart & Target for about $7

Day 2 of my brows...they no longer feel raw and since I have oily skin, I apply the brow ointment (like you would with a new tattoo) to them in the morning and then again in the evening. They are supposed to look darker over the next few days as they start to heal, but so far I don't notice a difference. I won't be allowed to put any makeup on them (I doubt that I'll need to) for 5 days and I can't get them wet for 1 week. The total healing process is 4 weeks so I'll try to update everyday if there's noticeable differences, if not then I'll do weekly updates! Stay BEAUTIFUL y'all 😘😘😘

Another pic of before and after of my new brows 😍😍😍
Ask for Ana at @tangerines_tanning

Y'all Here are my results! I'm IN LOVE! Let me tell y'all how everything went from start to finish and what to expect if you decide to make an appointment....
10am was my appointment time at @tangerines_tanning with beautiful Ana! She was so welcoming and super sweet, I felt at ease immediately! Even though I have tattoos, I was still nervous lol We started off by going over the paperwork I had to fill out and discussing the shape I wanted. We decided that because I have oily skin that shading was a must since the oil tends to make the pigment spread and that we would begin my brows with the individual hair strokes. I think if you have normal or dry skin you could easily just do the hair strokes. The shading was a great idea for me too because I like my eyebrows dark. She sketched the shape on my face before starting to make sure it's what I envisioned...I loved it immediately and she got to work on them by applying a numbing cream to my brows to help reduce any discomfort. It sat for 20 minutes and then she started with the individual hair strokes at the front of my brows....at first I could feel it a little, but I wasn't uncomfortable....then she did the shading, applied more numbing cream and not even half way through I couldn't feel any pain....y'all I was so comfortable I started falling asleep laying there!!! πŸ˜‚ I fell in and out of sleep the whole process! It's DEFINITELY nothing to be scared of as far as pain is concerned...once she finished up one brow she let me see it and I was so happy with the result! 😍 She then started on the next brow and repeated the same process. This is the end result! If your brows need extra help like mine did, I would set aside 4 hours for the appointment...like all things beauty related, it takes time! I'm so appreciative to Ana for creating such a detailed brow and making sure I was 100% satisfied! I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to take their brows to the next level and shorten their getting ready time in the morning!
I'll post more pics of the healing process as the days pass...BEST DECISION EVER 😍😍😍

Y'all I'm so excited to get my brows microbladed in the morning! I've decided to chronicle the whole process so y'all can see the phases of the healing process, the final results, and then y'all can decide if it's something you'd like to invest in. These are pics of my eyebrows with no makeup on them...this is as grown out as I could get them in a few weeks y'all! In high school I overplucked them into thin strips and they never really grew back the right way since...that was over 15 years ago y'all! Please feel free to ask me any questions about my experience 😘😘😘

I'm loving this low ponytail I created for Hayley and isn't the dog a cutie 😍😍😍
