It's back...Flecha Roja Costa Rica!
For over a dozen years now, the coffee in our annual Flecha Roja offering has come from the Coopedota cooperative. The first lot featured as Flecha Roja this season is a mixture of Caturra, Red and Yellow Catuai, and was carefully harvested by Ureña Murillo Pablo and Jiménez Monge Mauricio in Dota County, Tarrazu. Dried for 16 days on raised beds, it presents itself as refreshing, intricate and fruit-forward in the cup with notes of Honeycrisp apple, Rainier cherry and nectarine.
