Late evening post from my blackberry and strawberry smoothie I had during that hot day. The colours came really well out. Nearly all ingredients were from the fridge so it was very refreshing as well. Hope you had a great weekend and feel ready for the next weekπŸ˜„

Strawberry oat meal bowl- probably one of the last strawberry post in this season. I had so many of them in this yeat that I can easy say I cant take one year break although I really love these berries. Slightly cooked oats in coconut milk and with one riped banana, toped eith chia seeds, raw cocoa nibes and some other super foods. I love to start my day like thatπŸ˜ƒWish you a wonderful Tuesday afternoon πŸ˜‰

Hello coconuts lovers πŸ˜€ I have created my own raffaello balls with vegan rice protein.They were so fresh and delicious.I had them for my breakfast.They ate super easy to do so who wants to try?There is recipe below:
160g desiccated coconut
70g melted coconut oil
50g coconut sugar or maple syrup
40g lucuma powder (optional)
rice protein powder(put as much as you want)
juice of half lemon + lemon zest
2 tbsp water (could be coconut water too)
16 whole pealed almonds to put inside
1/2 tsp vanila (optional)
Put all ingredients in to a food processor until well combined.Create about 16 balls and cover them in desiccated coconut.Put for about 20 min in the fridge.Done!πŸ‘ŒπŸ’š Ready to share with your friends!

Strawberry smoothie bowls with cherries and kiwi bits...for the smooth and creamy taste I added thick coconut milk. This was what I needed after a warm day. I made my bowls cold so they cooled down the hotness we have got here right now. I have been told that the strawberry season is going to end in a week so I decided to eat them as much as I can.πŸ“β€πŸ“β€πŸ“β€πŸ“ who else loves strawberries?

I have just discovered something absolutely georgues! Spelt bread with protein and joghurt. I spoted it during my lunch break and couldn't stop starring at it😍😍😍😍I had to buy it and share with you. Love the colourful cover of the bread.Dryed edible flowers - look how cool is that. And my biggest happiness is that this small little bakary makes such things❀❀❀❀❀

Chocolate and strawberries were my dessert after the dinner. Simply and quick and very tasty as the fruits were grown in full sun. I really enjoy the seasonal products we have right now. Cherries or strawberries I coul eat them every day....have a nice evening guys πŸ’πŸ“πŸ‘β€πŸ˜

My late lunch cup with three colours of strawberry coconut chia pudding made my day...We just have the peak season of strawberries and the beginning of cherry season. I brought both from south region of Germany (Freiburg) and these were just amazing. I have been eating them all these days. Real food that grew in Sun and local is just the best.
In the glass:
400g strawberries
250g coconut joghurt
1 tsp inulin
1 tsp maca powder
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp organic baobab powder with many valuable nutritious from @tooggaworld
Handful of cherries

Blend the strawberries will all superfood ingredients and devide into 2 parts - add to each part 1 tbsp chia seeds. Add to one part some coconut joghurt to get pink colour. 3th part will be just coconut joghurt and chia seeds.(I soacked them for 15min)

Late evening drink after a not the best day....Amazimg how food....or healthy homemade food can change the mood and let you feel better. Blesed are those who can prepare themself food and have enough money to have something to eat.Just came on that idea of people who don't have enough to eat and I am here in the comfort position to change my mood with good food....hm should I be shame on me? Anyway wish all that we would never suffer hunger and the planet would be clean enough to get us healthy products.Amen!

IN THE GLASS: 🏡300g strawberries blended with coconut milk +1 tsp hemp seeds 🏡1 carrot 1/2mango 1/2banana+coconut milk 🏡2 kiwi 1/2 banana
Everything is blended separate and layered in the glass.

Who wants some delicious green nicecream? Made this from frozen bananas and fresh spinach. I was really surprised about the spinach taste in a nice cream. I loved it. Will add the recipe later. Hope you are having a great Sunday afternoon... my was quite busy in my garden where I found these cute little wild strawberriesπŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜ After replanting a few plants and herbs I deserved something good and healthy of course πŸ˜‰πŸ§
RECIPE:
3 frozen bananas
400g fresh spinach
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp inulin
squeeze of lemon
200 ml coconut milk 75%
1 tbsp vegan protein
Blend all ingredients in a food processor till you achive a smooth consistency. Put the nice cream in to the freezer for at least 2 hours. Take it off 20min before serving. Enjoy!

Inspired by Doris @mrsflury I made pancakes for my breakfast according to her recipe (with a few alternative ingredients) I add the great chocolate powder from @yoursuperfoods because I wanted to get this fantastic chocolate taste in these pancakes 😁and of course strawberries πŸ“ πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“Wish you a great Saturday πŸ˜πŸ˜ƒ
