Thanks @letsrockkids for this really frenchy breakfast picture. I love this kind of bread. A lot more nutritive and filling than white baguette. Home made jams are the best way to reduce sugar. And Fresh home made juice also. Be conscious in the suoermarket. A lot of sugar is hidden in industrial food.

When i started blogging i met some great people. That s how i met Krissy from @prettyweethings or Vicki @boiledeggsandsoldiers or Sammie @theannoyedthyroid and a lot of other beautiful souls. When i came back home from holidays I found a parcel straight from australia!!! It was chia seeds and some little cute gifts made by Vicki. Thanks a lot lady! You rock. That s what is this challenge. Being grateful to myself, to my lovely friends and family. Take care of each other. Trying to inspire some healthy and good vibes. Today is my back school day. I mean work haha.
So here is chia pudding for 2.
Husband @zelebertie took a little sugar maple sirup. I didn t. With fresh fruits. It was excellent. I will be addict to chia. 💖💖

GOALS. One of the most important and motivating steps to health is having clear, definable and achievable goals! Our challenge kicks off on 1 September, so let's take this week to write down our goals.

Write the following goals and keep them somewhere you see them every day. Remember, goals should be achievable, inspirational, and personal. We reassess our goals every 2 months, so keep them handy. You can share you goals on our private Facebook page for accountability or keep them private. It's YOUR health journey!

Happy week end everyone. Week end pickelets! I made those inspired by the fluffy banana pickelets from @veggie_mama
I used a mix of several flours whole and white and oats. And added some frozen strawberries. Banana is a good swap for butter or oil.
Served with fresh orange and clementine juice. If you are into juices try to make your own. It s a lot healthier and you don t get chemicals or added sugar.

What about bananoats for your healthy breakfast? Topped with season fruits? I am on holidays in croatia and we have the most amazing fresh figs. I also added grapes and used almond milk.
