When your alarm goes off in the morning what goes through your mind?
You can look at it 2 ways...
1) You can choose to look at it as an obligation, something you have to do.
2) You can at it as an OPPORTUNITY and be grateful that you have the option to get up and go.
Sure you may be tired, and staying in bed for an extra hour would be nice. But will it give you the OPPORTUNITY to achieve your goals?
Will staying in bed give you the opportunity make you feel healthier? The opportunity to get you fitter? The opportunity to achieve your goals...Nope.
Staying in bed, staying in your comfort zone is easy. It's not challenging.
Sure you might be tired. It might be cold outside. It will be hard and It will challenge you. BUT if it were easy every one would be doing it.
If you don't challenge your self both mentally and physically you won't get the results you are looking for.
So next time your alarm goes off think to yourself, I am lucky to have the opportunity, I am going to embrace this opportunity to get my ass out of bed and get active because I WILL achieve my goals.
