M o t i v a t i o n - M o n d a y 🌟
This week we have set a challenge to our team; to achieve something within their sessions that they have never achieved before.
It doesn't matter how big or small it is; whether they achieve 2 more reps extra then what they've normally been able to or complete a circuit in the shortest time to date.

It's about constant progression, pushing yourself outside your comfort zone and achieving something you never thought possible.

All too often we get caught up in the day to day mindset that we begin to coast along in our workouts, we come we do and we go home.
It's time to break out of that and go into every sessions with an "anything is possible mentality"....this week go into every workout saying to yourself "what can I do today that I have never done before" constantly look for ways to progress.

It's time to breakthrough and CHALLENGE YOURSELF.

When your alarm goes off in the morning what goes through your mind?
You can look at it 2 ways...
1) You can choose to look at it as an obligation, something you have to do.
2) You can at it as an OPPORTUNITY and be grateful that you have the option to get up and go.
Sure you may be tired, and staying in bed for an extra hour would be nice. But will it give you the OPPORTUNITY to achieve your goals?
Will staying in bed give you the opportunity make you feel healthier? The opportunity to get you fitter? The opportunity to achieve your goals...Nope.
Staying in bed, staying in your comfort zone is easy. It's not challenging.
Sure you might be tired. It might be cold outside. It will be hard and It will challenge you. BUT if it were easy every one would be doing it.
If you don't challenge your self both mentally and physically you won't get the results you are looking for.
So next time your alarm goes off think to yourself, I am lucky to have the opportunity, I am going to embrace this opportunity to get my ass out of bed and get active because I WILL achieve my goals.
