This is a simple, convenient, healthy but yet delicious meal to have on a cold morning. All you need to do is add almond milk/ water to your oats and let them sit overnight. You can even add a scoop of protein powder to add some flavor and get your severing of protein for the morning..

The first photo I've posted here is of me when I first started with Inspire at the beginning of the year to this morning. 😱😱😱 The second photo is of me from the beginning of this challenge to this morning.
DOUBLE 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
I've been doing a lot more cardio in my sessions for the past few weeks now instead of weight resistance and I've been focussing more on my eating habits. I'm still struggling a little with my sugar cravings but we're human and as long as I don't go too crazy, a little bit is okay 😁😁😁
I haven't weighed myself since the challenge because my goal isn't a number - it's a feeling.
And I feel INCREDIBLE!! πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’• I have energy throughout the day. I'm happy. I'm driven to do more things. Exercise has really pulled me through a rough patch this year and I can't even imagine how I was before I started with IF.
The only downside I have so far to this fitness is now all my skinny jeans are too baggy 😭😭 but I've had people point out how good I look and it's been a lot of work. I know if seems hard but it's all worth it and all pays off! It's all baby steps and if you want it, like REALLY want it - you'll do what you gotta do to get there. I believe in all of you! Can't wait to see how we all go by the end of this. πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼 yeow!

The day when many people wake up with the motivation and drive to want to get up and starting taking steps forward to being healthier, fitter & stronger.

If this is you...One thing we want you to focus on is that this it's not about thinking of it as a ""diet"" - think of it as a lifestyle change for the better.
It won't be easy at the start- you may have physical or emotional habits that you need to work on to help move you forward. You may need to show some control and restraint but it will get easier.
You won't always be perfect and there WILL be times where you make mistakes, (over indulge or miss a workout) but instead of dwelling on it and letting it spiral your day/ week/ month out of control simply acknowledge the mistake and recognise what steps or actions your can put in place to learn from those mistakes.

This is a journey, to a happier, healthier and fitter you and we will be here every step of the way

WHATS ON YOUR PLATE WEDNESDAY
Today, at Inspire HQ our Head Coach, Vi and Director Liv have both opted for simple on the go and easy throw together lunches (aint nobody got time for anything fancy 😜 ). Vi - Coles Asian Style Salad with peri peri chicken chicken strips mixed in and a side of rice/quinoa thins.

Liv - Tilda Coconut Lime & Chilli basmati rice, Tuna in Chilli oil and frozen greens.

Notice; both ladies ensure they have a serving on low GI carbohydrates, protein and greens - Good healthy plates!

Even better these lunches took all of 2 mins to throw together!
