#gain For the most part I eat the same thing every day but the amount of macro nutrients are always fluctuating. No plan will always work for you, your body eventually catches up to what your doing. Always keep it guessing. At the moment im trying to bulk, so I really can't do much either than increase carbs one day, decrease carbs another day, and carbohydrate timing. Ive noticed that by doing this, my body fat doesn't increase much even though I am bulking. To be honest, while bulking it might not even really matter, im just trying to explain the things I do based off of information I gather from my gained weight, bmi, and bf%. You don't have to make it so complicated, just get your calories in with the proper macros. .

Weighing in at about 173lbs, ide say its been a pretty clean bulk. Now getting maybe about 1.5lbs in a week. That carb surplus πŸ‘Œ also, sad to say I'm switching gyms, no more 24 hour fitness... going to try out some other ones to change the scene for a bit. No more 24 ✌

Damn its only been about a month and I can barely see the abs. Im not really planning on gaining soo much weight.. maybe max out at about 180lbs. Im about 10 lbs away and at 12%bf. My current macros are 50%carbs 30%protein 20%fat. .
