I am fasting 1 week before Ramadan just to get my body familiar with the change in eating habits. Everything in Ramadan will be the SAME.
Dieting, training will all be consistent throughout the month. I did this last year and the year before, you just have to be disciplined.
The only thing that changes is the amount of water I drink.
I aim to drink over 5 litres every night. That's the only way I will be able to keep up proper training. Little extras would be things like drinking coconut water and using sea salt to season foods.
Sea salt contains over 84 minerals and nutrients so adding a pinch to your food (and even a glass of water) can help quench thirst for longer and retain more water in your body.

In this photo I was eating around 6/7 meals a day. 5 whole meals and 2 protein/weight gainer shakes.
My diet was like this:
Meal 1: 4 whole eggs, tin of beans, 3 bread slices
Meal 2: Oats, fruits, honey
Meal 3/4/5: Chicken breast & brown rice
2 Weight gainer shakes: 2 scoops of critical mass weight gainer mixed with milk.
Sleep 8 hours a day and train heavy with compound exercises and I guarantee big results in 6 months time. πŸ’ͺ
My way of training is 3-6 reps on my first 2 exercises which would be my compounds then 8-12 reps on all other exercises in the workout.
I spent 4 years dedicating myself to training so don't expect results to come overnight πŸ™
