Gym sesh, tryna squeeze these into my busy schedule this semester as much as possible!

Tonights #keto dinner! Steak with sauteed mushrooms and spinach. Side of cauliflower mashed potatoes and peppercorn sauce to top it off. Sauce credit goes to: @ketowellbeing

Keto “breaded” shrimp! Recipe below!
What you’ll need:
Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 large eggs
Almond flour or coconut flour
Unsweetened coconut flakes

I started breaded my shrimp after boiling them in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Once breaded, you can fry or bake them. It’s up to you.
For the sweet chili sauce:
Rice wine vinegar
Red pepper flakes
Sugar free apricot preserve
Lime juice
A little bit of ketchup

#keto “breaded” coconut shrimp!! It was so good, especially with some homemade chili sauce! I will be posting the ingredients and how I was able to make it later today! Had a girls night and everyone loved it!

Hit the gym today because I was feeling extremely down. I stayed home most of the day and my mental health wasn’t nearly where it should be. I almost didn’t go because of it, but when I did I was so glad. It’s easy to forget that working out can be a great mood booster and can make you feel amazing. I felt way better and happier after I got a workout in. Also, I’m still sticking strong to this keto lifestyle and seeing some little changes.

Mmmm keto friendly shrimp scampi! Using @mikeys keto pasta! It was so delicious and fulfilling and still within keto friendly range.

Quick gym sesh tonight! Lifted some weights and squatted 35s. Tryna get back up to 45! In other news I made some bomb Korean style bulgolgi steak and it was sooooo good. I'll post all about it tomorrow. It's time to catch up on this beauty sleep cuz lord knows I need it!!
