Dinner idea...
Baked chicken and rice with onion and broccoli.
Saute the onions garlic and rice. Add bone broth seasoning of choice and broccoli and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for a few minutes. Place in oven safe plate, put chicken on top and season. Set oven to bake 425 cover with foil for about 40 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 5 to 10 minutes.
