I can relate to @regangbodybuilding and @cody_montgomery for making the switch to classic. Multiple factors are involved when a decision is made to go from one class to another. I understand the point of view from top pros saying that we are looking for instant gratification by not taking the time to build our physiques and progressively get bigger. The reality of it is we make more money when we are preparing and doing multiple shows year round. Taking multiple years off could cost us current sponsors, future sponsors and other means of income. We live in a social media type of world where everything is instant and now. The second you are not instant, you are irrelevant. Not saying that I like this lol just stating what the reality. At the end of the day, we are all doing what we need to do to get by. And if this is a business or finical move (health and priorities along with that), you can’t be mad at them. #ProudWeekendWarrior

Found this gem 😂 this was about a 9 year transformation from when I first started lifting weights at age 18. Top left I was about 155lbs and 185lbs on the bottom right. This is a slow progression in today’s standards where guys try and gain 50+ pounds in less than a year. Can it be done? Sure it can. There are genetic freaks out there that are hyper responders. Unfortunately when it comes to weight gain I am not. It’s been a fun journey thus far with more improvements to be made 😎
