Our 4 pack of Atlantic Salmon Fillets! πŸ™Œ

You'll need:
β€’ 4 x defrosted Atlantic salmon fillets
β€’ 4 x carrots
β€’ 2 x potatoes
β€’ Brine (25g salt/250g water)
β€’ Drizzle of oil

For the curry spice mix:
β€’ 1 tbsp cumin
β€’ 1 tbsp turmeric
β€’ 1 tbsp paprika
β€’ 1 tsp chilli
Mix together until combined.

1. Spiralize the carrots and the potatoes and place in the brine for 10 minutes.
2. Remove the carrots and the potatoes, rinse and drain, then wrap around each salmon fillet.
3. Place the salmon onto a baking tray and drizzle with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the curry spice over the parcel and serve with mayonnaise, peppery leaf and lemon wedge.

Why make do, when you can Wagyu?
If you're looking for the perfect stack πŸ” hack πŸ‘‰πŸ» try recreating our Wagu Burger with Sticky Rice Bun! 😍

You'll need:
β€’ 1 x pack of Wagyu burgers
β€’ 1 x cucumber cut into ribbons
β€’ 1 x red onion finely sliced
β€’ 25g malt vinegar
β€’ 25g water
β€’ 2 tsp sugar
β€’ 250g Basmati rice cooked until the starches are released and cooled
β€’ seasoning
1. Cook the Wagyu burgers to your preferred on packet cooking method
2. Whilst the burgers are cooking, place the cucumbers and the red onions into a mixing bowl and add the vinegar, sugar and the water mix and season to taste
3. Form the cooked basmati into 4 equal balls and press down to create a bun shape. Place into a non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat for around 1 – 2 minutes on each side.
4. To assemble, place the bottom rice bun onto a plate add mayo and salad leaves, add the Wagyu burger, top with sriciacha sauce and finally add the top bun. Serve with julienne carrot salad πŸ˜‹

So πŸ™… the 😘 and make our Slow Roasted Garlic Aioli 😍

Here's what you'll need:
β€’ Whole Garlic Bulbs
β€’ 200g Mayonnaise
β€’ The Juice Of 1 Lemon
β€’ Salt and Cracked Black Pepper to taste.

1. Using a sharp knife, cut the top of cloves, exposing the individual cloves of garlic.
2. Place the garlic bulbs onto a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Cover the bulb with foil and place into a preheated oven at 180c for 30-35 minutes.
3. Allow the garlic to cool and squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a bowl. Mash with a fork and add the mayonnaise, lemon juice and season to taste.

You'll need:
β€’ 4 carrots (spiralized)
β€’ 1 finely sliced red onion
β€’ 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
β€’ 10g chopped parsley
β€’ Salt & Ppper to taste
β€’ The juice of 1 lime

Simply mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined and enjoy!
