Throwback to FIBO 2017, during my cut for Bodypower 2017 where I worked with a lot of great photographers/videographers!β €

So you probably have noticed that I didn’t do any photoshoots this year. Was I in the best shape of my life? YES. By far‼️.β €

So why didn’t I do them? Well reason for that is that I did 2 Men’s Physique competitions in stead of one. If the time between those was short, there would be no reason not to shoot.β €
β €
The time in between those two was 4 weeks. A long time to keep your top shape (and even improve) and very exhausting as-well. Not to mention that I had been sick πŸ€’ two times during prep which also consumes a lot of energy.β €
β €
So basically I DID want to shoot, but I just didn’t have the energy and I was just happy prep was done. I even skipped FIBO 😭 due to being too tired.β €
β €
Next year I will obviously be shooting πŸ“Έ again, and in an even way better shape than I had this year. Keep improving πŸ“ˆyourself on a daily basis, that’s what it’s all about!

Didn’t lose motivation for fitness though. Bulk/Offseason πŸ₯ž has started 1,5 week ago. Gained almost 5kg/11lbs since then.β €

Life is so much simpler when you stop explaining yourself to people and just do what works for you.β €

The only thing you achieve by explaining yourself or your goals is you getting annoyed by people that will discourage you, because they can’t think as big as you.β €
