Another amazing sesh with three of my kids ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My youngest showed us his new #pushupvariation in the middle of yoga ๐Ÿ˜ Two days ago but I didn't post it earlier because I asked them if it was ok to post just now. Learning kids about #consent (irl and online) is something we need to do everyday. Just talking about it won't be enough. "Kids don't do as we say, they do as we do"- way of thinking. I always ask them before posting anything with them in it. And I would never tell a child to hug someone. (I wouldn't tell an adult to hug someone either.) We have to teach them how to be in control of their own body #stoppminkropp #samtycke

Spent this restday the best way ever ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ At #bรคlingeberget with my youngest, my dear friend @braksucce, you are the best โค๏ธ and Th. Motion sickness and vomit in the car and abrasion from wellies but still an awesome day! We even had some โ˜€๏ธ the last hour. I Loved me a #bakasana while lichens were to help abrasions instead of plaster (two doctors no plasters โ˜บ๏ธ) Let's do this again soon! And yes there was cleaning, washing and laundry too but not posting that today.

Why I do it in the morning? Trust me, I tried lunch workout (not a perfect match working as a Doctor), after work (hello kids!) and at night when kids are sleeping (hello couch and hubby!) ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ mornings are my time. Then we might yoga or do something fun like the chair challenge other times of the day ๐Ÿ˜˜ When do you take time to workout?

Give yourself time to see how much you Can do. Free standing shouldertaps and pikepress are two of my goals. But I am so much stronger today than I was in the beginning of 2015 when I couldn't do a tripod headstand without the wall. Or I could barely do one at the wall. And it doesn't come for free. #Workhard and progress will come and remember your restdays #balance
