We all have days where we just don’t feel like doing anything.

It’s raining out, you didn’t get enough sleep, it’s cold, you’re hungry, you had a crappy day at work, your wife cheated on you, your boyfriend dumped you, your dog ate your homework, whatever. It’s these moments when we just want to curl up on the couch, play video games, and feel sorry for ourselves.
However – and I know this isn’t a surprise to you – these are the moments when its MOST IMPORTANT to stay on target: to stay consistent, to keep training, and to keep pushing. If you let yourself off the hook every time you have a bad day, you’ll train yourself to believe it’s okay to give up any time you meet resistance.
I understand that success isn’t easy; that it getting in shape and living better will take hard work, an iron will, and strong determination. I don’t give up when things get busy or difficult.
I don’t make excuses, I offer solutions.

Now, as we’ve learned from Captain America, I can’t provide you with the motivation to want to make changes in your life – that has to come from within you. YOU have to decide that exercising and eating healthy will be a priority in your life.

However, once you’re committed to making a change, I can help make sure you STAY motivated and inspired.

Feel free to come back here whenever you don’t feel like going to the gym, when you want to hit the SNOOZE button instead of getting up early, when you want to give up halfway through your run, or when you really just don’t feel like doing anything.

Another one with my big brother @jitender_rajput_official at @ihff_olympia_india. I was never out of @ritebite_maxprotein bars until the time he was with me😅. Such a down to earth and humble soul. Wish to share the booth once again with you big brother🤗. Rocking my @fuaarkofficial "too fit to quit" muscle tee for superior comfort.

A young man asked an old man the secret to success. The old man told the young man to meet him near the river the next morning. They met. The old man asked the young man to walk with him toward the river. When the water got up to their neck, the old man took the young man by surprise and ducked him into the water. The boy struggled to get out but the old man was strong and kept him there until the boy started turning blue. The old man pulled his head out of the water and the first thing the young man did was to gasp and take a deep breath of air. The old man asked, 'What did you want the most when you were there?" The boy replied, "Air." The old man said, "That is the secret to success. When you want success as badly as you wanted the air, then you will get it." There is no other secret.

A burning desire is the starting point of all accomplishment.

Just like a small fire cannot give much heat, a weak desire cannot produce great results...

There is a story about a wealthy farmer who was once offered all the land he could walk on in a day, provided he came back by sundown to the point where he started. To get a new start, early the next morning the farmer started covering ground quickly because he wanted to get as much land as he could. Even though he was tired, he kept going all afternoon because he didn't want to miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to gain more wealth.

Late in the afternoon he realized the condition he had to fulfill to get the land was to get back to the starting point by sundown. His greed had gotten him far enough. He started his return journey, keeping an eye on how close he was to sundown. The closer it got to sundown, the faster he ran. He was exhausted, out of breath and pushed himself beyond the point of endurance. He collapsed upon reaching the starting point and died. He did make it before sundown. He was buried and all the land he needed was a small plot.

There is a lot of truth in this story and a lesson to be learned. Whether the farmer was wealthy or not, any greedy person would have ended the same way.

Failure is the highway to success. Tom Watson Sr. said, "If you want to succeed, double your failure rate." If you study history, you will find that all stories of success are also stories of great failures. But people don't see the failures. They only see one side of the picture and they say that person got lucky: "He must have been at the right place at the right time." Let me share someone's life history with you. This was a man who failed in business at the age of 21 ; was defeated in a legislative race at age 22; failed again in business at age 24; overcame the death of his sweetheart at age 26; had a nervous breakdown at age 27; lost a congressional race at age 34; lost a senatorial race at age 45; failed in an effort to become vice-president at age 47; lost a senatorial race at age 49; and was elected president of the United States at age 52.

This man was Abraham Lincoln.
Would you call him a failure? He could have quit, But to him failure was a detour not a dead end!!
Take failures as milestones to success. The more you fail, the better you become!!!
