Just a small tip; this is a very heavy dish, full of sauce and ragout, it needs a stable yet a bit fuller kind of base like a thick cut fries so that it compliments all the toppings. By that, you get a mouthful of creamy sauces with a fluffy soft potato all at one bite😁.. just an opinion!
