Wren Kitchens have already, illegally denied us a refund as per everyone’s rights to one within 30 day of receiving faulty goods so we are now going legal (don’t want to get that boring by quoting the law but they know what the law is as do we)

On the the 21st Aug we received delivery of the kitchen, as it was unpack each item was damaged (we only unpack a few as the joiners were working on prep). I reported it to customer services and didn’t think much about it as they promised replacement straight away.

As there was so much damage we decided we needed to check everything straight away, this took up all the rooms in our house.
30+ Damaged Items were reported to them with images by day 3 still they kept saying it would be fine they would get it replaced. The mis sold many items and have replace product they have on display with crappy alternatives. Things started to go wrong though when we then waited 14 day for them to finally call us back after promising me 3-4 times a day that they would. They would cut us off, put us onto a phone that just rang and rang (my husband lasted 47 mins one day) they lied to us from start to finish, didn’t delivery on most of the promises they made, way too many to list.
