Make sure to incorporate wide grip barbell curls into your arm workouts then! Wide grip curls help to grow the short head, or inside part, of the bicep.

Grip the barbell outside shoulder width and curl for controlled reps. You don't have to go super heavy on these to grow! Keep your back straight, keep movement in the upper arm to a minimum, and don't swing the weight! Get those baseball biceps! ⚾️

I'm performing tricep pushdowns with an underhand grip to focus more on the long head (back of the arm) of the tricep. I'm doing these with a flatbar attachment on a cable machine. Slow and controlled reps with minimal movement in my upper arm. Really trying to squeeze the tricep at the bottom of the rep. Try incorporating these into your next arm workout!

Leg extensions are a great exercise to isolate the quads. I perform them with slow and controlled reps with a pause at the top. These help get the deep cuts and separations in the quads while helping to grow the tear drop and outer sweep.

If you want wider shoulders, you should be incorporating lateral raises. They are a staple shoulder exercise focusing on the side delts. You want to get a comfortable weight and raise your arm out beside you with a slight bend at the elbow. Slow and controlled movements are key to really activate your muscle fibers and to avoid injury. I'm doing them while slightly hanging off a machine to help take any swing I may have from just standing upright. High volume (lots of sets and reps) with these will get your shoulders growing! Chewing gum will also get you those jaw gains lol. -

Incorporating the shoulder press into your shoulder workouts will help to add size and strength to your delts! These primarily workout the front and side delts. I like to utilize high volume (many sets with many reps) with medium weight. I've found that you don't have to go super heavy on shoulder movements to give them a great workout. Sticking with high volume and medium weight will get you a great pump while helping to avoid injuries that could occur from going heavy. Definitely add these to your shoulder workout arsenal!

Machine Tricep Pushdowns/Presses! I'm actually doing these on an ab machine. The angle and being able to stand and perform them is more comfortable to me than performing them on the seated tricep pushdown machine. Explosive reps with a strong squeeze on the contraction will help you build those horseshoes!
