Tired tired tired legs today. As great as I felt for the half on Saturday - my legs are still spent. Not sore, but not happy about this 1.4. Still learning the best way to fuel my body correctly. The journey continues 🏃🏻♀️.
When asked, I tell people this is the easiest way of eating I've ever prescribed to. Yes, I takes time to get aquatinted with what, when and how much you need to eat. But once you do...the options abound. Being at Disney was no exception. In between meals if I was hungry I ate a Quest Bar, and when I felt low on energy I had and @fatissmartfuel fat bomb and was good to go. When I wanted a drink Tito's and club soda is my jam.
