I began losing weight two years ago. I realized my life needed to change when I couldn't play with my daughter the way I wanted. I changed my diet and eating habits, and joined a gym. After a year and a half of hard work, I lost 145 pounds naturally. My motivation is and always has been my daughter. She drives me to be better every day. My goal is to inspire others the way she does for me! At first, I was nervous to even work out in front of people, but as I slowly beganGaining muscle, I began gaining confidence as well! My social skills and overall happiness improved significantly. Body positivity is very important to me, and I believe more people need to realize that changes don't happen overnight, you have to work towards a goal and get a little better every single day.
