3.5 years ago I was 400 pounds, pre-diabetic, dealt with anxiety attacks and depression while losing my job and long term relationship. I basically hit rock bottom. I decided that I could either die there, or reach my full potential. That's when it all clicked, I felt like I was wasting my life away instead of striving for my best. What drove me to succeed was just wanting to live and be healthy, stop being the victim. Now I'm a health coach, personal trainer and nutritionist to pay it forward.

I began losing weight two years ago. I realized my life needed to change when I couldn't play with my daughter the way I wanted. I changed my diet and eating habits, and joined a gym. After a year and a half of hard work, I lost 145 pounds naturally. My motivation is and always has been my daughter. She drives me to be better every day. My goal is to inspire others the way she does for me! At first, I was nervous to even work out in front of people, but as I slowly beganGaining muscle, I began gaining confidence as well! My social skills and overall happiness improved significantly. Body positivity is very important to me, and I believe more people need to realize that changes don't happen overnight, you have to work towards a goal and get a little better every single day.

It has taken me a very long time to realise that people's words are just words and they only affect you if you let them! Growing up as a dancer and then working professionally as one has meant that I've heard about a million different people's opinions of me. You're too fat, you're too thin, you're too tall, you're too broad, you're boobs are too small, you're boobs are to big... you name it I've heard it!!!Those words used to cut so deep to the point of making myself sick! There were numerous occasions that I would cry myself to sleep!!! I was so concerned about how others perceived me that I went to extremes... my weight fluctuated from over weight to under weight and at no point was I ever looking after myself and worrying about what I thought of myself... .

I'm still a massive WORK IN PROGRESS and do let people's words affect me from time to time but I'm happier, stronger and ridiculously HEALTHIER now at the age of 31 than I ever was in my late teens and early 20s... @kaylafreetrial BBG and you beauties have helped me so so much with this mental transformation... MY POINT IS... you are stronger than you think and it shouldn't matter what anyone thinks of you!!! DO THIS FOR YOU!!!! Work hard for you... Be happy with you!!! And you'll never again worry about anything anyone has to say about you... Words are just words! @dancingwithdumbbells

I started my diet on 28.10.2015 with counting calories and working out. Since then I've lost ost 48kg. I am really happy with my Transformation. I want to continue to live with my healthy Lifestyle👌

No weight loss, health or fitness journey is going to be easy - but one thing that it is, is rewarding. Over the past 14 months I have lost a total of 90kg, and while not one day has ever been smooth sailing, I wouldn't change it for the world. The amount of energy that exercise and fuelling your body with nutritious food gives you, is amazing. I constantly get asked how do I get my motivation, and that answer is simple. From myself. Be your own motivation. If you want to make a change orimprove yourself in anyway, you need to want to do it.

Found my old "before pic" swimsuit in my drawer tonight and had a moment of reminiscing (after many safety pins were involved to hold it up 😂). I remember how I felt taking that before pic. I swore NO HUMAN would ever see it. I haaated it. But I wanted to be able to watch my progress. Never did I think I would succeed. I failed many, MANY times. But I learned that no matter what: YOU CANNOT QUIT. You MUST persist until you succeed. No matter what the scale says, no matter what society says-you can have ANY kind of life that you choose to create. Please, PLEASE-don't give up on you. ❤️ @weightlosshero

3 years ago I decided to change my life and I knew that the only solution is hard work and dedication.
For years I've been trying different diets expecting immediate results however getting out of your comfort zone is the only way. I hated my legs a lot as I thought they are too big and I always struggled to find jeans or trousers. I never realised how strong these legs are and now I can do exercises that I never imagined I will do.I remember my first day at the Zumba class, I was hiding in a corner hoping that no one will look at me. That was so wrong, we all start from somewhere.
Always believe in yourself, you can do it without surgery, tablets or any other easy ways of losing weight.
