Who's ready for #MealPrep Monday?! Marinated tofu in a almond butter turmeric dressing paired with kale, baked zucchini and sweet potatoes and topped with avocado -- delicious and nutritious! 😋



INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. House Foods Firm or Extra Firm Tofu, pressed and cubed
2 tsp. ground dried turmeric
½ tsp. ground dried ginger
2 lemons, juiced
¼ cup almond butter
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. water
Oil
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients, except tofu) and add salt to taste.
2️⃣Toss tofu in marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3️⃣Set a large pan to medium high heat, add a bit of oil. Once oil is hot add tofu and sauté until tofu has browned on all sides. Place on top of a salad or a rice bowl.

1 pkg. House Foods Soft tofu
8 oz. strong Cold brew
2 cups ice
3 Tbsp. Maple syrup (or agave syrup)
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Pumpkin spice (Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Cloves)
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣Cut House Foods Soft Tofu in half and blend the half with vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup until it’s silky soft, and cream like texture. Set aside.
2️⃣In a blender, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until ice is blended fine. Taste and add more syrup as needed.
3️⃣In a tall glass, alternately layer between the vanilla tofu cream, pumpkin spice latte frappé, and pumpkin spice.
4️⃣Finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice on top and enjoy immediately!

We would risk our life for a sandwich if it looked this good 😜 who gets the reference?!

Oh summer, where did you go?! Enjoying our very last bit of summer with this Acai Tofu Smoothie Bowl 🍓🍌🍒🍉🍊



INGREDIENTS:
½ pkg. House Foods Soft Tofu
2 packs Superberries acai pack
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ ripe banana
½ cup orange juice
Drizzle of honey, optional but recommended
Toppings of choice
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣Place the packet of acai under hot water according to pacakge directions to slightly defrost.
2️⃣In a blender, place acai, tofu, strawberry, banana, and juice and blend until thick and smooth.
3️⃣Transfer into bowl. Drizzle with honey. Top with granola, banana, fresh berries, or whatever you desire. Enjoy!
