#Waffles for dinner? Don't mind if we do! Who loves breakfast for dinner?! 🙋🙋 Whip up these Tofu Hash Waffles in under 20 minutes! Serve it with some avocado 🥑, vegan bae-con 🥓, and eggs 🍳 for a hearty nutritious meal! #wafflewednesday

INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. House Foods Extra Firm or Super Tofu, pressed and crumbled
1 ½ cups potatoes, shredded (fresh or frozen, do not rinse)
1 small leek, finely chopped
⅓ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
cooking oil spray
DIRECTIONS: Preheat waffle iron to medium heat.
1️⃣If you have shredded fresh potatoes, wrap them in paper towels and squeeze as much water from them as possible (do not rinse).
2️⃣In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
3️⃣Spray cooking oil on waffle iron, place about ½ cup of the mixture on waffle iron and close.
Cook waffles until potatoes are golden brown (about 15 min.). Remove from waffle iron and serve hot.

Family feast is very important for Chinese New Year. The dishes are created to give blessings for the next year. A traditional favorite people like to eat is long noodles. They are also called 长寿面 (cháng shòu miàn), which means “longevity noodles.” You aren’t allowed to cut them and should try not to chew either. The longer the noodle, the longer your life will be. This calls for a lot of slurping! 😋

INGREDIENTS:
2 pkg House Foods Smart Noodle Shirataki Spaghetti
1/2 pkg House Foods Vacuum Pack or Extra Firm Tofu, pressed dry
10 dried shiitake mushrooms
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
2 scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Sauce:
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame paste or tahini
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 - 1 Tbsp Tobanjan
2 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground Sichuan pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣Soak mushrooms in warm water for 15 min. Drain, pat dry, chop and set aside.
2️⃣Whisk all ingredients for sauce in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, shred the tofu with a cheese grater and set aside.
3️⃣Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Add noodles to a large pan and pour half of the sauce over the noodles. Heat in a pan over medium high heat for 3 minutes.
4️⃣Add the vegetable oil to a wok or large pan over medium high heat. Add in garlic, ginger, and scallions and cook until fragrant. Add mushrooms and tofu and stir-fry for a few minutes. Stir in the remaining sauce and cook until heated through.
5️⃣Spoon tofu mixture over noodles. Top with additional scallions and serve.

Chinese New Year is right around the corner! 🎊Celebrate the Year of the Dog 🐕 with these delicious Tofu Dumplings - made with our tofu and tofu shirataki noodles! 🙏

INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg House Foods Premium or Organic Tofu Firm, drained and pressed
1 pkg House Foods Tofu Shirataki Angel Hair noodles; drained, rinsed and cut into 1/2” length pieces
1 pkg House Foods Small Round Wraps
½ c dry wood ear mushrooms, diced (optional)
½ c fresh shiitake mushrooms, diced
1 ½ cups cabbage, chopped
1 carrot, diced
½ tsp ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 scallions, diced
1½ Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil, plus more for frying
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in large pan over medium-high heat.
2️⃣Crumble the tofu into the pan and add noodles, mushrooms, carrot, cabbage, ginger and garlic and heat for a few minutes.
3️⃣When the tofu and mushrooms are cooked through, add scallions and soy sauce.
4️⃣To assemble dumplings, add 1 Tbsp of the tofu mixture into each wrap. Moisten the edges of the wrap with water, fold in half and press to seal, making a few pinches or folds to create a fan-like shape. Repeat for remaining dumplings.
5️⃣Add sesame oil and dumplings to pan, a few at a time, and brown on each side (about a minute or two). Add about 1 Tbsp of water to the pan and cover, allowing wraps to steam. Once water evaporates, remove dumplings to a plate. Repeat for remaining dumplings.

1 cup well steamed cauliflower
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp dried basil
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high until completely smooth. Toss with your favorite pasta or noodles.

*For the filling:
1 package House Foods Medium Tofu
1 cup coconut cream
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*For the crumble:
½ rolled oats
¼ pecans
¼ maple syrup
¼ cinnamon
2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon salt
*For the garnish:
Peaches, sliced
Honey (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2️⃣Toss rolled oats and pecans with maple syrup, melted coconut oil and salt.
3️⃣Spread mixture out on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
4️⃣In a blender, blend medium tofu, coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
5️⃣In bowls or mason jars, layer sliced peaches with tofu cream and crumble. Drizzle with honey if desired. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
