✨ Beautiful PomPom Making Tip 3 ✨

My pompom tip for today is short and sweet, but very important!
.
The scissors – the perfect pompom requires lots of trimming and this requires scissors that are sharp, the right size and easy to hold. ✂️💚
.
I’ve experimented with lots of different types of scissors and my favourite are included in my Pompom Bag & Key Clip Kit - they’re the right weight and size, sharp and pretty!
.
I’ve got PomPom Clip Kits ready to ship and at present there’s free express shipping on all orders over $50.
They’re a great Christmas present for your kids, nieces and nephews, or maybe Santa will put one in your stocking?
Find them by following the link on this image.

✨ Beautiful PomPom Making Tip 2 ✨
Yesterday’s post about making lovely pompoms was so popular that I decided I needed to share more of my pompom knowledge!
.
Here’s my Beautiful PomPom Making Tip 2:
I’ve made pompoms the “traditional way” with 2 pieces of cardboard, and also with plastic donuts, but I can never get my pompom looking round and full! I’ve fallen head over heels in love with the Clover pompom makers because they’re perfectly proportioned, easy to use and I can make my pompom without having to cut individual lengths of yarn.
.
I include the yellow Clover PomPom Maker in my PomPom Bag & Key Clip Kit, and it includes both written instructions and videos showing exactly what to do.
These kits are popular as stocking stuffers and gifts for the kids, and at present you can get free express shipping on all orders over $50! ✈️📦🌎

✨ Beautiful PomPom Making Tip 1 ✨
Something I’ve been doing lately is making lots and lots of pompoms. I love making them because they make me happy when I look at them.
Here’s one of my tips for making beautiful pompoms:
Use a yarn made of lots of little pieces that will fluff up and expand.
Homelea Bliss is ideal for making perfect pompoms because it’s made up of lots of individual pieces of yarn that are twisted together. When you fluff and trim your pompom these individual pieces come apart and fluff up to fill any gaps and make a full pompom that looks lovely.
I’ll share some more of my pompom making tips over the next couple of days.

I’m taking some time out this afternoon to relax and knit, and it feels good to be putting myself first.
