💥Wow!💥 Yes, we played volleyball over Easter weekend - but it ended with a CHAMPIONSHIP GAME - only losing to the #1 team in the COUNTRY! WOW! 2nd to that is just incredible! 💥
SO proud of these girls - the first ever 12U team to go to Nationals from Lions Jrs! Way to go Lions 12-1's!!! You all should be so proud!!! .

👉🏼Sometimes when we get stuck, we need to put on a new "pair of eyes." 👀 Looking at our problems as if we are someone else looking at them, gives us new perspective and we might find new solutions for them! ✨

1--Low Abs & Legs: Friend A 💁🏼is working abs doing scissor legs while Friend B 🙋🏻 works legs and jumps
2--Friends change spots from (1)
3--Split Lunges - Friends together 💁🏼🙋🏻
4--Tricep Dips + Table Hold: Friend A 💁🏼 holds table while Friend B 🙋🏻 does tricep dips
5--Friends change spots from (4)
6--Alternate Standing Toe Touch + Squat + Jump (feet in, out) Friends together 💁🏼🙋🏻
7--Back Lunge + Knee Ups - Friends facing each other, each does opposite leg, (high five, optional😉) 8--Switch legs from (7)
Set your timers.⌚️ Do each exercise for 50 seconds, resting only 10 seconds in between each one. 👉🏼👉🏼Do all 8 exercises, that is 1 Round. Try for 3 Rounds!! 👊🏼💥

👊🏼💥This team of 12 year olds fought for every point yesterday, and ended up winning the NUMBER 1 spot in the Region!! The BEST match I've ever seen. ✨🙌🏼✨ So proud of them!!! .
Having 2 girls in volleyball is so much fun, but seeing how hard they work, their discipline, the friendships they make...that really lets me see SO much more, and it's such a joy! 😊✨ So proud of you 12-1's!!! ✨✨✨✨✨
