🔥➡Do you suffer from chronic acne? I did for my teens and into my late 20's. It was only once I got into Holistic Health and really changed my diet, plus detoxed and killed chronic infections, that my acne went away.

I barely need to use anything on my face. Acne comes 90% from within for most people. Diet is fundamental. If you're filled with toxins and have acidosis plus lots of mucus, you'll be many more times likely to get acne.

I use just simple vegan soap on my face, sometimes an apple cider vinegar / water mix as a toner, and a tiny bit of coconut or jojoba oil after a shower to moisturize.

What do you do to have clear skin??

"Dee Mani, 44, refused chemotherapy when she was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer - deemed the deadliest form - and instead opted to try CBD.
Doctors gave her the all-clear just five months after she opted for the oil, which is derived from cannabis but doesn't cause a high.
Despite her claims that it has cured her of cancer, there is no proof cannabis, or any of its compounds, can treat cancer in humans as research showing the drug's anti-tumour effects have been in petri dishes and on mice.
The legal status of cannabis oil in the UK has confused thousands, with most oils being sold as food supplements because suppliers have yet to obtain licences to sell it as a medicine under strict Government rules. 
Ms Mani, from Birmingham, found a lump in her breast in March 2017 and soon after was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Doctors offered her chemotherapy, but she refused after it failed to keep her sister alive. 
After researching alternative treatments online, she stumbled across cannabis oil and its reported benefits.
She then found a local supplier which cost her £22 a month and started taking the 'revolting' cannabis oil once every evening.
Ms Mani, who now lives in Cape Verde, claims that by August she was given the all-clear by doctors. She also changed her diet and started meditation.
Speaking for the first time, she said: 'Because of what happened to my sister, there was no way I was having chemo or radiotherapy.
'At first when I spoke to the doctor I agreed to everything I was told, I said I'd have one year worth of chemotherapy but then I did my research.
After finding out about cannabis oil I started to put one drop into a capsule every night and take it before bed.
'Within four months I believe that I cured myself and then when I was given the all clear, I knew it was the cannabis that cured me.'
Ms Dani is still clear of cancer and continues to take the oil every night. She has written about her journey in a new book called 'My Way'.
Every year 11,400 people die from breast cancer in the UK. In the US, the figure is around four times higher." Via @alkaline_vegan_news

"Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin, so your body stores it in fat tissue and the liver. It is best known for its role in helping blood clot, or coagulate, properly. The "K" comes from its German name, Koagulationsvitamin. Vitamin K also plays an important role in bone health.

It is rare to have a vitamin K deficiency. That’s because in addition to being found in leafy green foods, the bacteria in your intestines can make vitamin K. Sometimes taking antibiotics can kill the bacteria and lead to a mild deficiency, mostly in people with low levels to begin with. Vitamin K deficiency can lead to excessive bleeding, which may begin as oozing from the gums or nose.

Your body needs vitamin K to use calcium to build bone. People who have higher levels of vitamin K have greater bone density, while low levels of vitamin K have been found in those with osteoporosis. Similarly, some studies suggest that low levels of vitamin K are associated with a higher risk of #osteoarthritis.

There is increasing evidence that vitamin K improves bone health and reduces the risk of bone fractures, particularly in postmenopausal women who are at risk for #osteoporosis. In addition, studies of male and female athletes have also found that vitaminK helps with bone health.

Foods that contain a significant amount of vitamin K include #greentea, turnip greens, broccoli, #kale, #spinach, #cabbage, #asparagus, and dark green lettuce. Chlorophyll is the substance in plants that gives them their green color and provides vitamin K.

Freezing foods may destroy #vitaminK, but heating does not affect it.

"The modern lifestyle of today, has created an exhausted, overworked, malnourished human beings out of most of us, and by malnourished, I’m not just speaking about undernourishment!! .
We wake up not fully rested, grumpy and grouchy, only to step out just to reach our destination...calculating how many hours of sleep we will get once we reach home! .
It is recommended to get 6-9 hours of sleep per night, but how many of us really hit this number? ▫️ What I have found interesting, is the fact that NOT sleeping enough for 4 consecutive nights in a row, drops insulin’s sensitivity by 30%! 😱

Lack of sleep is extremely harmful on your health, psyche and metabolism, 👉🏻because lack of sleep: .
1️⃣ Changes fat cells
2️⃣ Increases the risk for type 2 DM
3️⃣ Increases the feeling of hunger late at night ——↪️ which leads to obesity and weigh gain! 😐🤨

There are a couple important hormones at play in this scenario: Ghrelin (aka the hunger hormone) and Leptin (aka the fullness hormone). .
Lack of sleep, increases the production of Ghrelin/hunger hormone, and in response to that, your brain orders to eat satisfying foods such as bread, white rice, doughnuts, fried salty foods....and all of these processed foods are high in calories, sodium, and glycemic index...which could lead to a slower metabolism AND weight gain - which then increases your risk for type 2 DM. . ▫️
👉🏻 Various studies have confirmed that a lack of sleep, increases your appetite, but one that I particularly was interested in, focused on women (and most of my audience will be women). .
A prospective study on 68,183 women for a period of 16 years, concluded that sleeping for 5 hours or less per night resulted in an average weight gain of 1.14 kg vs. those women who slept 7 hours or more. 🙈 (study listed in my blog) .

So go ahead and sleep for 6-9 hours if possible 🛏

🔥➡Fasting intermittently is tremendously beneficial for the body. I recommend all types of fasts but that differs upon the person doing it. Never start out doing an intense fast without being prepared, and ideally with the approval of a qualified alternative health professional.

A generally safe and easy fast is to restrict food and drink for the day from sunrise to sunset. Or you can just include liquids like water. Or try for a shorter amount of time. A juice or restricted dietary fast for a few days can also be very beneficial, but make sure to take some electrolyte / liquid support. I don't advise anything more than 24 hours without either food or water. And the most I recommend without food or significant nutrition replacement is 2 or 3 days.
