In class, we have many opportunities when we need to overcome and push through those “OH SHIT” moments that challenge us to the physical core. Whether it’s on a gut-wrenching hill or an endurance based flat.. we push through to the other side of greatness, always rediscovering our full physical and mental potential.
Recently, you’ve heard me talk about the Toolbox. We start building the Toolbox before those OH SHIT moments so that when it comes, you are fully equipped to succeed and land on the other side of personal greatness...because you pulled from your Toolbox.
For the next 6 weeks, this 👇Toolbox is coming to every class i teach. Let’s build it up. Whether it’s before or after class, write down what gets you through to the other side and drop it in. Let’s build up this toolbox to be full of pure GREATNESS.
