Suffer from headaches? Then quite possibly the small group of muscles known as the Sub Occipitals may be the culprit. These muscles extend and rotate the head. Seated at a computer or using your smart phone or tablet may be a contributing factor. Michelle will be teaching this wonderful release technique of the Sub Occipitals to her students tomorrow.

NEW LOGO. After nearly 14 years we thought it was time to update our logo. It was designed by a local artist @karinasmeets_artist and we are very happy with the result. It cleverly incorporates the Hills and we have the eucalyptus colour in the leaf. We will be rolling this out over coming months. Let us know what you think😊

So HAPPY😊 Out beautiful mascot, Annie is cancer free, turns out to be IBS. So, more doggie massage, she loves it🐶 and even tolerates trigger points in her gluts😂 😂

2 MINUTE SELF MASSAGE. 'Before' photo shows flexion at the hips and demonstrates how close the fingers are to the ground. Then a golf ball is rolled under the plantar surface (sole) of the client's right foot for 2 minutes. 'After' photo shows that after only two minutes work on a small part of the body, the client can now touch the floor (more so with the right hand). This is an example based on principles from Anatomy Trains by Tom Meyers, looking at the Superficial Back Line. So when we Massage one part of the body it can have an effect of a much larger scale.

All our Remedial Massage Therapists are fully qualified. We have Health Provider Status with most major insurers, we have all completed a Remedial Diploma recognised Australia wide. We are professional and client focused, working with our clients to help with any soft tissue issues. Muscles, fascia, connective tissue we help restore ROM and reduce pain and improve posture. We also help athletes prepare for competition, or simply offer relaxation/destress massage.
