TRICEPS AT HOME! πŸ’ͺπŸ’«

This little sequence can be done either at home or at the gym... however, dumbbells are required! 😁
.

I bought a small set of dumbbells with detachable plates which go up to 8kg to use for my home workouts. 🌝 Although bodyweight exercises are entirely possible at home, adding weights allows me to have more variety in my sessions and are pretty inexpensive. I'd deffo recommend having a small set at home! Amazon or eBay can sort you out a pair!

I've been steadily losing weight over the last few months, so, last weekend I decided to calculate my macros!!! 😱 As you know, I DO NOT (and never intend to) count calories or macros on a daily basis, and I generally just eat intuitively. πŸ€“

This exercise helped me to discover how much carbs, protein and fat I need per day to maintain my physique πŸ‘πŸ» and OH BOYO was I SURPRISED with the result. πŸ‘€

This exercise was actually REALLY useful and has sent me on a bit of a new direction with my food intake. πŸ”„

Regardless.. I still plan to eat intuitively, but just have more of an awareness of what I'm consuming. βœ… .

Take a moment to give something kind back to your body that gives so much to you. πŸ’š

Put your laptop and phone away, and get away from the office/place of work. Find somewhere calm and get comfortable - take some deep breaths whilst thinking about relaxing tense muscles in your body.

I would refer to this as β€˜yoga’ but I don’t want to scare you off. You don’t need to stand on your head or put your leg behind your ear to benefit from some good ole deep breathing and muscle relaxation πŸ’†β€β™€οΈ
