This is one of my favourite warm up when I'm training my legs. Because I spent all my days behind the computer in an office , it is imperative to me to wake up those muscles... I have found this also a very effective way to switch to that " Focus Mode "... Otherwise my brain keep on thinking 💭... I tried Once to go " Slowly " and I had one of the baddest workout ever🙅♀️...I Just kept thinking about everything and nothing, despite the fact that I had a workout plan, I kept changing my mind...I was not "IN". If Just like me you spend your days sitting and have issues with focusing...Try this and see if it works for you.
1 min Fast Walk (20 secs walk, 20 half side walk and 20 secs side shuffle) rest 30 secs and repeat about 4 to 6 times.
You can make it 40 secs if 60 secs too Intense... 15% incline here. Speed 7.5kmh.
After this I use the resistance bands for activation then the weightsssss 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾. 🚫 Please walk atleast 3 minutes at your speed with no incline FIRST before doing this.
This is also a good Cardio Workout... _
