Hey guys!!! Who wants to burn🔥 a lot of calories in a short amount of time ⌚? This is THE workout for you. You will sweat your stress out. Be ready pick your heart up ⤴. All you need is about 15 mins to HIIT your HEART and LEGS!!!
Perform these series of exercises (Ex⬇️) for 2 mins (no break), rest for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 6 times!! 🔥 🔥 🙌🏾🙌🏾💦💦.
Speed 7.5 km/h. Incline 15%.💕💕💕.
⚫️ Ex 1 - 20 secs. Make sure your knees are slightly bent, push through your heels. ⚫️Ex 2 - 20 secs each side (slightly turn your toes out (V-shaped). ⚫️Ex 3 - 10 secs. Sprint with wide feet.
⚫️Ex 4 - 20 secs. Other side of ex 2.
⚫️Ex 5 - 5 secs sprinting (transition). ⚫️Ex 6 - 20 secs. ⚫️Ex 7 - 5 secs sprinting (transition) ⚫️Ex 8 - 20 secs.

Hey guys! ⭕️Please read➡️ ❤❤Some of you requested for a Beginner and Intermediate friendly HIIT Workout. I was happy to receive a lot of requests about this because I know the benefits of HIIT(explained in my previous HIIT videos) .
So here are 2 variations of 5 exercises. The first variation is for Beginners and the second one for Intermediates. .
.
⚫️Perform each exercise for 20 secs, rest 10 secs and repeat 4 times... 🔥🙌🙌🔥💪
➡️For Beginners :
Perform this workout 3 times the first week. Your goal should be to progressively move to intermediate. On the second week do 15 to 10 secs variation 1 and 5 to 10 secs variation 2....
At the end of the third week you should aim for 20 secs of variation 2 (intermediate)👏🔥🔥👏👏👏👏➡️ For Intermediates :
Your challenge will be the number of reps within 20 secs. For example if you are able to do 10 Knee Jumps (first exercise) in 20 secs the first week, aim for 12 or more the second week and even more the third week. 🚫 It is very important to master basic exercises first before moving to creative and complex moves. 💕💕. 🚫Always make sure to warm up before any workout.

Go Hard or Go Home. If you don't train hard you will remain the same. Don't go to the gym to waist your time ⛔ 🚫. Do it for yourself because no one else will do it for you 🙌🏽✌️🏾☠️.
➡️This is an Absolute Killer Workout (or Insane Finisher). ➡️Perform each exercise for 20 secs rest 10 secs and go immediately to the next exercise.
One circuit is fine (as a Finisher), but if you are looking for trouble do 2 to 3 circuits.🔥🔥🔥
