Stretching keeps our muscles flexible, strong & healthy. We need this flexibility to maintain range of motion in our joints. If not muscles shorten & become tight.
Do you stretch after your workouts? Or do you stretch often?
I make it a point to stretch after every workout session, especially after a circuit training, but sometimes its not a long enough stretch and my joints feel it the next day. Trying to make it a point to add more stretching time into my cooldown.

Try not to move your hips as you alternate arms. Widen your stance for stability.
