Let's talk about bloating...because it happens to all of us. As you age your body becomes sensitive to foods, drinks etc. that you weren't sensitive to before. I've tried teas, veggies you name it...if it said good for de-bloating I was willing to try. Then I recently found this @wishgardenherbs Mo Betta Belly at my local Wholefoods & let me tell you it has done WONDERS. A few drops in your drink or under your tongue. I definitely recommend! They have a whole line of products and am on my second bottle of sleepy time.
