I don’t know what to post lately. I am in the middle of some life changes and my mind has been elsewhere. To be honest, I’m lucky if I do yoga once a week at this point. While I work on finding that practice in the busy-ness of moving, I’ll share with you my beautiful tropical milkweed flowers. Happy warmer weather everyone 🦋 🌼

That time I went to Sedona and blended in with the red rock. .

This picture is such an adequate representation of how I am feeling lately. How small I am in comparison to the wonders of the universe and yet, how we contain all of it in our heart. In us. I was reminded again, yesterday, that when everything feels too big and heavy and you aren’t sure how you’re going to accomplish all of the things, you surrender and reconnect. Let it manifest from a place of calm on the inside, instead of trying to reason your way through every little detail on the outside. .

A foolish man is always doing,
Yet much remains to be done.” -Tao Te Ching .

For those of you that need to hear it today, action can come before motivation.

Instead of posting a cool yoga move that I’m not doing today, or a beautiful clean home or perfectly cooked healthy plate of food, I am posting this! .

I’ll just be over here, being flawsome 👍🏻

Is anyone else slowly... inching... through their New Years goals? 🤣

I had a wonderful winter break and holiday season, but now it’s back to getting things done! I’ve taken a longer leave than I should have but I guess that is the beauty of working for yourself. Time to practice consistency! .

I hope you all had a great holiday as well and if you haven’t already, send me your email to receive the latest reGrowth Yoga newsletter!

Mine and my family’s health is always a top priority for me, so one of my New Year’s Resolutions is to start incorporating more beneficial vitamins and minerals that don’t come from our regular, day to day diet. .

Ashwagandha is a powerful Ayurvedic herb that has been used for thousands of years for a variety of ailments including stress and anxiety. .

Little ol’ me decided I want to do my own instagram challenge! #11daysofimpact

This morning I did a nice thing for someone and of course, it felt good! I thought to myself ‘I should choose, every single day, at least one person to do something nice for or make some sort of positive impact on.’ Of course, I think this can be done every single day and not just for 11 days but if we can choose to focus on it from today until the end of 2018, then just maybe we can make it a priority for the rest of 2019. .
.
I challenge you to make some sort of impact on somebody else for the next 11 days. It can be extravagant, it can be minor, it can be for family, a friend, or a complete stranger. Hashtag it with #11daysofimpact and share with me your story! It can even be something that you have already done. Inspire me! How can we impact each other and the world around us?

My buddy @zacklymanpodcast is selling these! He dealt with some medical issues this year and is using the money to pay off medical bills. Plus, who’s not tired AF this holiday season? 😂

Just follow the link on his IG and give him a follow while you’re at it!

Why does it always feel so easy to just give up & move on to something else when things get hard? Or is it just me? There is some sort of default setting in the brain that, instead of brainstorming ways around an obstacle, it just says ‘eh, guess that’s not working time to do something different.’ No matter the time, effort, energy invested in it. Anyone else have this default setting? .
.
Here’s a reminder to myself & anyone else that needs to hear it: You can do hard things. 💪 (Like my transition to half moon 🌙😂)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Even through all of the holiday stress and frustration I hope you can find the time to acknowledge all there is to be grateful for ❤️🙏🏻
