No one is perfect. Many of us will give in to a little temptation. What's is important is to not overdo it and to keep pushing. Even though I went over only calories a few days I was still under my weekly calorie goal. Count everything you put in your mouth. I am 4 days into my weight loss journey and 17 days away from my weigh in. I am having so many cravings right now and I don't feel like working oh and I had a tough and long day but guess what I am not quitting I am not going to give in to the sweet temptation and I will get off my ass and workout.
