Sooo it's been FOREVER since I've posted ! Busy 🐝 right here πŸ˜‰, anyway.. This is a qual egg, Avocado and cucumber sushi roll, made with quinoa, Amaranth and millet, I made this way back in august and just haven't got around to sharing it till now 😁 but yaaa enjoy your nights lovelies ☺️

Breakfast today consisted of organic quinoa, amaranth, and millet porridge; cooked with ripe banana and dried figs ; topped with (previously soaked) almonds, walnuts and sunflower seeds, as well as fresh chia seeds, dates, and my home made almond butter ☺️ sooo goood !
