When your Mom calls and says her appointments got cancelled and wants to know if I want to get lunch! It's fun that she travels so much and comes to our area often!

Time used to be my biggest excuse. I would use working two jobs and going to school as an excuse for not having enough time to workout and take care of my body!
Today I'm grateful I can choose to workout whenever I want to, or when I can convince myself to πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚! Today's dance cardio kicked my butt! But I'm loving the results I've been seeing! End of month 1 is coming!

Things I'm grateful for today:
-My amazing husband who keeps me sane
-Our adorable kitten who is stress relieving
-great coffee to keep me going
-and hopefulness to an ending of a very stressful situation! ✌️ Happy Monday! Ending the night with catching up on shows! πŸ’•

Crazy hair, don't care! I was not a weekend warrior this weekend, being completely honest! But I'm back on the train today with my workout crushed and I've had my Recovery!

Joint Pain has become a real thing now and I'm officially testing out new meds to be added in! It was a high stress evening but it's a new week and I'm ready to crush it! Happy Monday! πŸ’•βœŒοΈ

Because Saturday's were made for great coffee, good food, family and cards! πŸ’•πŸ’•β˜•οΈ
