Sunday Salads! Salads are a great way to use up your veggies and leftover proteins and make a great light lunch. I used some leftover salmon and flaked it on top for this quick lunch. Salmon is one of my favorite proteins it is really rich in omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, and b vitamins! I don’t prefer nuts or carbs on my salads I chose to get them with my snacks and other meals! 🥗

Starting the day of with a beautiful omelette made with two whole eggs and two egg whites(adding the egg whites is a great way to add volume without adding a lot of extra calories or fats). For flavor and fiber I added chopped broccoli and then covered with nutritional yeast (see all the flakey goodness on top🤤).
