While I’m not vegan 🌱, @suncafela is one of my favorite restaurants to visit when I’m in the Hollywood area. Intuitively, I do incorporate a lot of vegan meals into my diet. The restaurant is adorable with the best vegan eats that would satisfy anyone. And look at the smile on my face holding an empty wine glass 🤣. It was that good 💁🏻‍♀️. Happy belated Mother’s Day to all the beautiful strong mommies out there ☺️❤️. Being a mommy has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my life and is definitely part of my life’s purpose. Forever my baby, my friend, and close like sisters ☺️💕

Reminder to all the moms out there, take care of yourself first. It’s not selfish, you are a far more greater gift to your family when you are happy and balanced. By taking care of yourself you can be of better service to others, more nurturing, more caring, and you will teach your children to do the same ❤️

As my following on social media grew larger than I expected I decided to take her photos off my main account to protect her privacy during her teen years. With my next child I will share what I’m doing to stay healthy and fit pre and post pregnancy on my health account. For anyone thinking of conceiving, do your research to prepare your body with proper nutrition and supplements ❤️

It’s good to prepare your body for a baby 6 months in advance but not everyone plans. Drinking raspberry leaf tea and making castor oil packs is something that would benefit you now for hormone health but also great pre-pregnancy 🤰🏻

The simple mindset shift of seeing something as an investment instead of an expense has changed my life for the better

Take the time and energy to invest in your health, your mind, your body. Some people say that it’s too expensive to eat healthy. Personally I feel it’s more important to care for my body now rather than to suffer and pay for medical care later

A healthy mind and body will help you have more energy and clarity to focus on other areas of your life and show up better. Food and mood are directly connected. I used to be depressed for no reason and removing gluten and dairy from my diet while adding in more veggies and working on my gut health completely shifted me into a happy and more productive woman

Unconditional love doesn’t mean you love everything about someone. It means that you don’t need them to be different than they are for you to be happy. You can accept them for who they are even if you don’t always understand or agree with them ❣️

Be happy no matter what another person is doing and practice feeling good no matter what. Before you know it you will not give anyone else responsibility for the way you feel and you will have love for everyone 🕊❤️

Yes I eat avocado toast and edible flowers often 🙋🏻‍♀️😂. I eat clean most of the time but I’m also a foodie as long as the place is cute and the food is quality 😉. I always take a carb blocker when eating a cheat meal. It makes you fuller so you eat less but most importantly it slows the conversion of carbs to sugar so it doesn’t affect my weight as much.
