Being a foodie & a follower of @poojamakhija 2 hourly portion control diet, I cannot resist my hunger pangs and need to eat after every 2 hours. The oil used in millets is of good quality and the salt content is quite low which is the best part.

Cinnamon jacks are soft chewy bars made with jaggery.
My personal favourite is the cranberries and raisins mixture, nuts mixture and cinnamon flapjacks.
