Good Morning Instafam! I hope you managed to complete yesterday's reps, as seen above is the reps for today's exercise routines. Please note that you can have a REST DAY today if you feel achy then continue tomorrow to complete on SATURDAY. You can exercise at anytime of the day (morning, afternoon or evening). Do take as much breaks as needed, you do not have to complete all reps in one go, you can also spread the squat routine throughout the day if you cannot do all at once.
LEVEL & SETS
Beginners: 1 Set
Intermediate: 2 Sets
Advance: 3 Sets
-- you can swap your jump rope for JUMPING JACKS if you prefer.
-- break down into sets of 5 or more and take 30 seconds break before starting again.
-- if you do not have a skipping rope, you can do an imaginary jump rope without using a skipping rope.
please do not participate in this challenge if you suffer with any injury, do get permission from your doctor before starting on any new exercise or weight/fat loss regime.
