Happy Sunday Instafam! REST is also part of the program, YES, we all want to grind and be successful at what we do but over the years I've come to realise that burning the candle at both ends will eventually leave you drained and demotivated. I always schedule a TOTAL REST DAY once a week to switch off and focus on myself and the family because fighting a #chronicillness everyday can be EXTREMELY draining with added work, family, business and other daily chores that needs doing.
