One of my absolute favourite dream jars; Vanilla yogurt & maple syrup with plums topped with almond coconut ginger rawnola and macadamias! Creamy, crunchy, sweet & salty and utterly delicious!😋❤️ I'll put the rawnola recipe for you guys below! #healthy_belly

Almond Coconut Ginger Rawnola:
200 ml almond flour
200 ml oats
100 ml coconut shreds
3 tbsp coconut sugar (or a couple of dates/figs)
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Directions:
Place all the ingrediens in a food processor and process until you get a crumbly texture.
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge.

Crispy chickpeas
250 g cooked chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil (save half for frying)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to evenly coat the chickpeas.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat, add the chickpeas and sauté until crisp and golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Coconut almond date bars
200 ml rolled oats
200 ml coconut shreds
200 ml almond flour (ground almonds)
300 g dates (pitted)
1/5 tsp vanilla bean powder
Pinch sea salt
170 g dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and pulse until you get a sticky dough.
Press the mixture into a pan (20 cm x 20 cm) lined with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate chips and spread over the date mixture.
Chill until the chocolate has set, then cut into even sized bars.

Chocolate Hazelnut clusters
400 ml rolled oats
100 ml hazelnut flour (ground hazelnuts)
4 tbsp hazelnut butter
4 tbsp date syrup (or honey/maple syrup)
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
A pinch salt
Directions:
Combine oats and hazelnut flour in a large bowl. Gently melt coconut oil, add in hazelnut butter, date syrup, cacao powder, salt and cinnamon and stir until well combined. Pour the wet mixture over the dry and mix to coat.
Transfer onto a lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Let cool before completely before breaking into clusters.
