What was in my mug? Answer: Dandy blend! I love this stuff! It’s delicious and has a ton of health benefits. Here’s my recipes for frothy, creamy, dairy-free amazingness:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 TB Dandy blend
1 TB collagen
1 scoop MCT/fiber or 1 tsp MCT oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Sweetener of choice. I use Gentle sweet (xylitol/erythritol/stevia) from #trimhealthymama
Optional: protein powder
Blend well and enjoy!
Dandy blend has a coffee flavor with no caffeine, acidity or bitterness. It is a water soluble blend of 4 roasted roots and 2 roasted grains - barley, rye, chicory, dandelion roots and sugar beet.
