This position is responsible for coordinating with our in house team and the client on menus, quotes, staffing and any details in between. This person must have a catering/ event industry experience. Must also be proficient in excel, power point, word and be a master of multi-tasking in a fast paced atmosphere. Must be a person that lives to eat and not just eats to live!
Position2: Office/personal assistant to the Director of Events. This position is working directly with DOE executing all supportive administrative tasks, coordinating scheduling, assisting in email management and daily prioritization. This job is a blend of office/event assistant and personal assistant. This candidate must be detail-oriented, resourceful and able to multi-task.
