Having a flat tummy doesn’t necessarily pop the abs out. To effectively pop those abs out, your diet should be at a deficit to burn the last bit of fat off, to give the abs definition. Plus training the abs 2 to 3 times a week. But the first step would always be to achieve the flat tummy , then my adjusting the diet sculpture the abs out🍫🙈💪🏼
