OPTIMISING HUMAN PERFORMANCE - Today I delivered a workshop to some of the most senior and influential people at @twitter in NYC at one of their annual conferences. .
In order to consistently perform at a very high level, we must consistently engage in behaviours that give our mind and body everything we need to excel everyday. Today we looked at the strategies and behaviours that high achieving people use to win at life. The same principles that underpin elite level athletic performance can be transferred into a corporate business setting to boost cognitive function, increase energy levels and ultimately increase productivity. .
We addressed gut health, optimising sleep, movement quality, meditation, nutrition and recovery strategies, both mental, physical and emotional, in order to put yourself in the perfect condition to deliver your very best every single day, both at work and at home! .
