#update Camfed a non-profit organization dedicated to eradicating poverty in Africa through the education of females and the empowerment of young people, which Harry & Meghan supports by highlighting their admirable work, has won the ”gold award“ for the Space to Grow Gardens category.
Since the Duchess of Cambridge just opened and presented her newest Garden project alongside Andrée Davies and Adam White called ’Back to Nature Garden’, to ”inspire families to get outside and explore nature together“.
The Camfed charity needed to bring out an official statement to the media shutting down now rumors associated with Meghan & the Camfed garden & Kate and HER garden... A Camfed spokesperson said: "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have no involvement with the Camfed Garden, nor do they have official roles within our organisation.
"For this reason, we would not issue a photograph of Prince Harry with CAMA alumnae as it represents an inaccurate association."
Besides that Meghan did not create any garden so far -only Harry in 2015- this can be really exaggerating at times. And Kates project wasn’t included in the competition.
Nonetheless, According to ”hortweek“ is a Clematis 'Meghan', named after Duchess of Sussex, to be launched at the this year’s at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2019!!! The show already started 21-25 May 2019.

Last picture of today’s throwback! One of my favorite pictures! I just love how adorable their relationship is.

On this day a year ago: Three days after their Royal wedding, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, then TRH The Duke & Duchess of Sussex, have had their first official duty: The newly wed couple attended a garden party at Buckingham Palace to celebrate the 70th birthday of Harry's father Prince Charles. Where’s charitable commitment (Patronages) was honoured.

May 22, 2018.
At that time Kensington Palace let it be known that Harry and Meghan did not immediately honeymoon, but first fulfilled their obligations as members of the British royal family. No date or destination for their honeymoon had been announced. And since then everyone puzzle about their honeymoon location... Nonetheless, Meghan’s first duty as officially Royal went very well; adorable moments with laughter with The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall was shared... For Meghan’s first duty day, she opted for a very classic and quite elegant look. She wore a pale-pink dress by Goat with a sheer top and sleeves, a matching hat by Philip Treacy, and her hair in a slick low bun, also a silky silver clutch by Wilbur, rose-inspired earrings by Vanessa Tugendhaft, beautiful diamond bracelet by Bentley & Skinner - a gift from Prince Charles, and finished off the look with pantyhose and blush Tamara Mellon pumps.
Her husband on the other hand looked very dapper in his gentlemen morning dress.
The Duke of Sussex also held an amusing and adoring speech to his father, Prince Charles, highlighting his Patronages and commitment... Until a bee really got him...😄 {Please, swipe to the left to see all pictures including the video; last slide}.

Chrysanthemums Direct have launched the new variety in celebration of the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex' first son, who they revealed earlier this week is called Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
.
.
Chrysanthemums were the flower chosen by Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip to adorn Westminster Abbey on their wedding day in 1947, and now it has become tradition for every new member of the royal family to have a variety named after them.

Another detail. Although not intentionally designed, but quite nice resemblance to Lady Diana’s high neck gown! Thanks to Stella McCartney.

#update A year ago today the official photographs of the royal couple the Duke and Duchess of Sussex together with their family and bridesmaids —taken at the Green Drawing Room at Windsor Castle by photographer ALEXI LUBOMIRSKI—were published.
This room has been selected for quite memorable pictures, such as for an official photograph, released by Buckingham Palace to mark the 90th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II with her five great-grandchildren and her two youngest grandchildren at Windsor Castle in 2016. CREDIT: ANNIE LEIBOWITZ/AFP

History fact: The Green Drawing Room is a Semi-State Room and is just one of the private apartments on the sunnier, east and south sides of the Castle created for George IV (1762–1830). Renovations in the room began 1824 and however first finished under the reign of his niece, Queen Victoria (1819–1901).

Finally Husband & Wife 💍 TRH The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

We’re taking a look back at the highlights of their wedding day!
After the wonderful wedding, Meghan and Harry changed for the Reception at Frogmore House hosted by The Prince of Wales. Meghan’s gown for the reception was designed by Stella McCartney a bespoke lily white high neck gown made of silk crepe, shoes by Aquazzura made in silky satin, with nude mesh, with soles painted in baby blue. Her hair, an up-do, was styled by George Northwood.
The use of cell phones wasn’t allowed; the guests needed to turn it off.
Interesting fact you can see by the third slide as I predicted in September 2017 the possibility of Meghan get the Aquamarine ring from late Diana, the Princess of Wales and it turned out as very right! Likely to be a wedding gift to her. Not likely that Meghan will use the ring so often, since her first options go for much more delicate and small pieces, but I would love to see her using it again.
Stella McCartney was very proud to be chosen as a designer: “I was honored and I still am.” I loved Harry & Meghan matching outfits and it kind of reminded me of James Bond with his Bond girl, right? 💍

@sharonj55 : ”I just wanted yo share my celebration of the happy couple’s wedding anniversary.. this is me and my girls attending the weddings in our living room the morning of 👌🏾🌷🌸❤️ have a wonderful day young lady“

Have fun Ladies!
