This was one of my circuits today. I usually combine strength moves with some type of plank OR cardio based move. Keeping my blood flow and heart rate up throughout my workouts allows me to cut my time there in half (plus I never need to worry about doing cardio)!

Twist and press X 15 reps each side (control on way down and explode up!)

Sled curls X down and back (not sure how many reps it was)

Plank Variation x 20 reps (these are tough and the bousu ball creates instability so if you're a beginner start with your feet in the floor)

Although coffee does contain antioxidants, the majority of the kickπŸ’₯ you feel comes from caffeine whereas the energy boost from a freshly pressed green juice 🍏 comes from vitamins and minerals. UPPER BODY + BOXING TODAY πŸ’₯

Today was a high volume day with all moves in the 30 rep range. Heres a little snippet of one of the circuits. The last move is a perfect example of what to do when you're failing so you don't compromise form!
Pick moderate weight to begin with and when you see your self failing...DONT STOP! Simply drop the weight so you can compete the set! I don't do cardio (except boxing) so I enjoy mixing cardio-type moves like battle ropes, sleds and sprints into my strength training circuits πŸ”₯

Resistance band tricep extension x 30 reps

Battle ropes x 30 slams. I was exhausted at 20 so I dropped one of them and did the last 10 with the single rope!

Breakfast! 😍 I usually skip breakfast and just have my lemon water, coffee or amino/CLA mix before heading to the gym in the morning BUT when I do eat breakfast it could look a little something like this πŸ‘†πŸΌ

🍳Eggs - EAT THE YOLK! If you like having egg whites please make sure to eat at least one of the yolks as that's where all of the nutrients are!

πŸ’§SALT - SALT IS ESSENTIAL FOR PROPER HORMONE FUNCTION!! For those of you who have been told to stay away from salt...stay away from it in excess which can come inherently from eating processed and packaged foods BUT if you're cooking a home a few cracks of sea salt on your food can do wonders for both your body and taste buds!
