Pancakes for breakfast at a 700m cliff overlooking Lysefjorden ✌ I've probably been to Lysefjorden 50 times. With my 50 square meter apartment this is the closest i get to a backyard. Not too convinient 30 minutes away from home. But then again, the view.. 🤤🌄 #derute#lysefjorden#visitnorway
Sunset in #Senja last fall. Took a short notice trip there last september together with @idaakarine. Two friends exploring a completely new and unknown place, and realizing we 6 hours earlier hiked to the highest peak in the mid left of the picture - Breidtinden 1017, the highest peak in Senja.
Because of my passion to hunt snow in the winter, i have developed a tendency to travel out of Norway to chase adventures also in the summer. It's like i need to go far away from home as soon as i have time. This summer im gonna try to change that, and explore more of the area close to where i live. When you have views like this in your backyard, there is no reason to travel far 🏔🌍
Norway is so cool sometimes it's almost stupid. Just hike for a few hours into a random valley, and you find yourself with a big private camp under a 500 meter waterfall fishing your own dinner in a big lake with no people around.
Pretty good weekend!
Frisky sunglasses from @2seelife, check them out !
My new buddy from Heimplanet really got put to the test this weekend. Jotunheimen does not like to keep it simple, so we had 3 rainy nights, heavy winds and 3 seasons fighting about being in charge. We had to abort our hike to #StoreRingstind because of warm weather and alot of wind transported snow, which was a big disappointment for me. But we live and learn, and learning about complex snow conditions is something that i need to keep chasing good days in the mountains in the years to come!
